Terms & Conditions:
A minimum purchase of $500.00 is required as an opening order. If your purchase is less than $50.00 at any given time, you will be assessed a $5.00 handling fee. All orders being shipped must be pre-paid, unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept most major credit cards. We must receive a purchase from you at least once every ninety (90) days to maintain your account active, otherwise your account will be put in the “inactive file” and you must resubmit all pertinent information before re-ordering again. All merchandise is shipped FOB J & A Auto Accessories, Inc., Los Angeles, California.


Claims & Discrepancies:
You must check all your merchandise and make sure you are receiving exactly what you are signing for before the carrier leaves. Any shortages and/or damages must be noted on the delivery receipt; otherwise, you are accepting the goods complete and in good condition and the delivering carrier will not accept any claims. Should you incur any damages, our advice is to file a claim immediately with the delivering carrier. After checking and comparing the goods against the packing slip/invoice, any discrepancies should be reported to us within seven (7) days of receipt of goods.


We guarantee all products against manufacturer’s defects for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to products subjected to accident, negligence, alterations, abuse, misuse, or improper installation.


Shipment Refusals:
If you refuse a shipment for any reason, except transit damages, you will be responsible for freight charges both ways plus a 10% re-stocking fee.


J & A Auto Accessories, Inc., does not issue call tags. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number when returning merchandise. You must have invoice number, item number, quantity and reason for returning merchandise or an authorization number will not be issued. This number must appear on the outside package(s) you are returning or your package will be refused. All returns must be prepaid. Freight is not refundable. A re-stocking charge of 20% will be applied to any and all merchandise other than defective goods. Returns will not be accepted 90 days from the date of purchase. Parts must be pre-fitted before sanding, painting, or installing. All merchandise will be inspected by us and we will use our best judgment in issuing credit or not.


Orders on Hold:
If you place an order, is processed, but remains on hold for credit card approval, wire transfers, or for any other reason, and is not shipped, you will be charged a 5% handling charge. This is due to the labor involved, packaging material, and holding the product, thus preventing the sale of it.
